THE BRAND CHALLENGE:

Regatta by Vooruitzicht is a large-scale real estate development on Linkeroever with multiple projects and housing segments under one brand.

The challenge? Create a system that gives each project its own identity while maintaining one cohesive master brand. Too uniform and everything blends together. Too fragmented and nothing connects.

The client needed a brand architecture flexible enough to scale across future projects, clear enough to communicate instantly, and strong enough to differentiate in a crowded market without falling into generic real estate territory.

OUR ET ALORS? MOMENT:

Together with Chapoo Agency we anchored the entire brand in Linkeroever's nautical heritage. In 1897, the Belgica expedition departed from this exact spot on its journey to Antarctica. Nautical flags - essential for navigation at sea - became the foundation of our system.

Three-tier brand architecture:

Master brand (Regatta) stays black-white and timeless - the anchor that holds everything together. Project level brings color and character. Each project gets its own nautical flag. Segment level uses color intensity to signal luxury. One look and you know where you stand.

Beyond the visual system, we developed the full brand narrative moving away from corporate jargon and generic promises toward something more direct and human.
