THE BRAND CHALLENGE:

How do you brand conflict resolution? How do you make it approachable without dumbing it down? How do you stand out in a market full of corporate blue and safe symbolism without losing credibility?

The work itself is nuanced: evidence-based consulting and coaching that helps organizations navigate tension. But the market positioning? Non-existent. The name? Still to be determined. The visual identity? A blank canvas.

So we started from scratch: naming, positioning, and a complete brand identity. The challenge was to create something that could hold space for opposing forces: strategy and empathy, structure and flow, depth and accessibility. A brand that doesn't avoid conflict, but leans into it.

OUR ET ALORS? MOMENT:

Most conflict consulting brands play it safe. Lots of blue. Lots of stability cues. Lots of... sameness. Et alors? What if the brand didn't just talk about navigating tension, what if it embodied it? What if we could visualize opposing forces without making it feel combative? What if professional didn't have to mean stiff?

That's when it clicked: the name had to set the tone. 'Dwarswind' captures the essence perfectly. Resistance isn't something to avoid, it's part of the journey. It's bold without being aggressive. Direct without being harsh.

From there, the positioning wrote itself: conflict isn't the enemy, it's the starting point. And the visual identity? It had to show that, not just say it.

We built Dwarswind from the ground up: name, positioning, and a visual identity that does what the work does. It's bold, memorable, and captures the philosophy in one word. Resistance is part of progress.

The positioning is just as direct: evidence-based conflict consulting that navigates tension instead of avoiding it. No corporate jargon. No empty promises. Just clarity.

The visual identity brings it to life. The symbol is all flow: organic, continuous lines that suggest movement and connection without sharp breaks. It's wind made visual. It's tension that doesn't fight, it navigates.

The color palette does the real work: deep night blue anchors everything with stability and trust, while warm coral red brings energy and forward motion. They're opposites, but they work together. Tension and harmony in one frame. Professional depth with human warmth. The typography mirrors the symbol: friendly but structured, open but grounded.

The result? A conflict consulting brand that doesn't play it safe, because conflict resolution isn't. It's necessary. Dwarswind's identity reflects that: bold enough to stand out, honest enough to be trusted, and dynamic enough to show that when two winds collide, there's always a way forward.
